The Area Assembly is the business meeting where Area activities are discussed and voted on. Group Representatives, District Representatives and the Area Officers and Coordinator attend. Group Representatives represent their groups and have voting rights. A separate, virtual Assembly meeting is held at which the Delegate reports the activities of the World Service Conference. All above are expected to attend, however, all Al-Anon members are welcomed and encouraged to attend. The registration fee is $10.  ND Assembly meets twice a year. The Spring Assemble held in March is virtually via Zoom. The Fall Assembly is held Face To Face with the option to attend virtually via Zoom. Fall Assembly is held in conjunction with the ND State AA Roundup with Al-Anon participation. The Roundup agenda includes speakers, workshops for both AA members and Al-Anon members. The ND State AA Roundup flyer is available below.
